I have never ever gone with a professional hair stylist. Sonia took her time to understand and help me out with what I needed. I had recently gone with another stylist in November to get a blonde balayage.I was there for 8 hours and I did not like the results. I could still see some yellow on some parts. Anyways when I went to Sonia she said my hair was burnt already and she took the time to explain to me everything she was going to do to get it fixed and make my hair look healthy.
I always wanted to go for a copper color. But I couldn't find the right hair stylist to do it. But when my little sister went in with Sonia for a haircut. I was like "okay I trust in Sonia to fix my hair". Sonia has some type of magic on her hands because she did an amazing job. Every time I go into Starbucks's, or even out to eat, restaurants they always compliment my hair. Sonia does an excellent job.

Sonia or “Sassonia” works wonders with hair. She soon had my hair looking and feeling like it did in the days of my youth.
She’s also Sassoon trained which is a very specific style of detailed training.
She styled, cut, balayaged my hair with such confidence, consideration and patience. I was so impressed with my hairstyle that I decided to try the products she recommended for my hair. I have made a great choice.
I know that hair is one of the first things people notice when someone looks at you. I don’t skimp when it comes to hairstyles and cuts. If you’re looking for a Wonder Woman, Sonia is fantastic. You will not be disappointed. I promise.

SONIA IS SIMPLY AMAZING

Sonia is simply AMAZING! - She has been cutting (or should I say styling) my hair for approx. a year now. When I first went to Sonia, I thought this was just "another" haircut. OMG, was I wrong, Sonia explained to me how to care for my hair (which did NOT include shampooing my hair every day) - She also cut my hair in a fashion that made it simple to stay in shape through-out the day. In years past, I would have to get my hair cut every 4-6 weeks in order for it to look presentable. Now, (thanks to Sonia) I literally go 2-3 months without needing a haircut and I personally think it always looks good & presentable. On a side note, Sonia's personality is incredible; warm, friendly and a bit funny. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows everything about every type of hair. I later discovered this was probably due to her years as a Sassoon stylist. I also received a scalp massage that was simply remarkable and relaxing. I would HIGHLY recommend that every man give Sonia an opportunity to cut, style and/or fix your hair - I promise you, she will impress you. Like I said in the first line - Sonia is AMAZING!!!!!

Hands down, she is the most personable hairstylist I’ve met to this day and her personality shines. She listens, gives advice, and knows all of the ins and outs of hair 101. She treated my daughter like a princess and just the reaction of my daughter was enough to know that we’ll be a forever client! She did my hair as well and I am grateful for it, as the hairstylist before did a not so great job.. which was quickly turned around today. Sonia was by far the best Hair Stylist. I have been searching year and a half to find someone good and I had read reviews from hundreds of stylist during my search. I searched from Woodland Hills to Ventura and back to Westlake but no one sparked my interest. After reading all of Sonia's reviews and her response to each, my gut told me she was the one. We spoke day before my appt. and after that call I knew even more she was finally the one. It's not easy to find someone good who cuts exactly how you want or colors and doesn't mess it up. I have had many of those over the years.

Sonia is the real deal! During my first visit, she not only gave me a great haircut but explained what she was going to do to shape my hair over several sessions, which I haven't seen any barber do. Especially when she was talking about how cutting hair is like architecture, where each decision made in how to shape hair sets up future shapes and control of the hair’s overall form, I really got an insight into the depth of her understanding and how she studies how to cut hair well. Beyond just doing what you ask, Sonia goes the extra mile of setting up your hair for success in the long-term, telling you how to care for your hair on your own time. Now, instead of getting a haircut with a new stylist every month and having varying amounts of satisfaction with my hair, I go to Sonia for all my cuts, which has made me feel happy with my hair consistently. Definitely recommend trying her if you have the chance!

SONIA IS A WONDERFUL STYLIST

Sonia is a wonderful stylist who has not only given me wonderful cuts, but also helped me get my hair very healthy. Before, I was getting the bare minimum cuts, not bothering to style. My hair was also pretty flaky and dry. After seeing Sonia and getting on her recommended care routine, my hair quickly grew softer and now rarely flakes, if ever. She also has shown me different ways to style and add more personality to my hair. I'm always happy with my cuts after seeing her.

I found Sonia when I was 150 miles from home while visiting my sister. Now, I drive 150 miles to have Sonia cut, dye and style my hair. Sonia is a Vidal Sassoon trained stylist and is probably one of the best stylists I’ve ever encountered. Sonia is a perfectionist and takes the time to find out exactly what you want. I’m happy to sit in her chair for 3 hours while she works her magic. Sonia also taught my sister and I how to use natural conditioners for our blonde, graying hair. Sonia is my stylist, even if I have to drive 3 hours. She is that good!
